Welcome to my website. My name is Natalie Bee, I have been a Personal Trainer since 2005 and currently 3 times World Kickboxing Champion! I am based at Primitive Gym in Poole and also do freelance work and home visit Personal Training around Bournemouth and Poole. I know what it takes to achieving goals and take pride in not making any of my clients do anything that I have not tried and tested myself. I love to motivate others so challenge me to get results and not excuses today!

I have always given 110% to what ever I do so building my own business was never going to be any different. I have built up a very successful Personal Training and Kickboxing business over the years and I have trained a very wide variety of clients from aged 5 to 80 years of age. Helped others get through rehabilitation of an injury, loose weight, become in their own right an athlete and even trained someone through chemo. Through all this I have produced a very close rapport with all my clients, I believe everybody counts. I always only ever give my clients exercises that I have tried and tested myself. I choose to lead by example. You have to give the people what they pay you for, if you're not we will sit down and revaluate what might be going wrong.

I have a very strong dedication to my sport; kickboxing. I believe this rubs off on people around me and throughout my time in this industry not only have I helped others but also become 3 times World Professional Kickboxing Champion and European K1 Champion of which I had great support from my family, friends, clients, colleagues and the community! I have competed in various disciplines including kickboxing, K1 and boxing but now making the transition to MMA, I had my debut Pro fight in September 2015 and continue to improve my skill set.

I was honoured by receiving the title of ISKA female fighter of the year in 2009. I’ve have worked with local radio stations including BBC Radio Solent and FIRE, local newspapers and in 2009 I actually appeared in ‘Fabulous’ magazine within the ‘News of the World’ national paper. I’ve also done interviews with LA Muscle TV. You will also find me in Fitness First literature and general promotions as I have done many photo shoots for them in the past, this has given me great credit!

I do have a niche, which is the kickboxing and my successful career in the sport, so not only can I appeal to women but also the men to learn something new and again it's not a certain age range as I can train young and old in the sport or in the gym.

I pride myself in being a very approachable person. Yes, I train hard and get in the ring but outside of that I am a pussycat and very professional with my job and business. I am passionate about my job and its clear when I train people, I know what it takes to push people and motivate people into getting results.
